Websites and automation · from $900
A website you own
and run yourself.
We build websites for community organizations, artists, and local businesses, connected to the booking, payment, and calendar tools you already use. Your team runs it from day one.

Every build
What every site comes with.
Whatever we build for you, it starts here: fast on a phone, easy to find, usable by everyone, and in your name from the first day.
Built for Phones First
Pages built light and measured with Lighthouse, so the site is fast on the phone most of your visitors are holding.
Found and Understood
Set up behind the scenes so Google and AI assistants can read your site and describe you the way you describe yourself.
Usable by Everyone
Big type, strong contrast, and support for keyboards and screen readers, checked against the WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standard before launch.
Yours From Day One
The domain, the pages, and the accounts are all in your name, with a walkthrough on your own site before the handoff.
We measure every site before it goes live and give you the numbers for speed, search, and accessibility.
Built for
Community.
For nonprofits and community organizations: your programs, your people, and your impact in one place a funder can read and your staff can update.
- Programs, services, and outcomes on pages a funder can read end to end
- Donations and volunteer sign-ups on the page, through the tools you already run
- Staff and board update a program, an event, or a report the same day
- Your annual review, your policies, and your team where people go looking for them

Built for
Creative.
For artists and musicians: a site that looks as current as your work, and that you can update the same day a release lands.
- Add a release, a show, or new photos the same day, from your phone
- A press kit with your bio, your photos, and your rider behind one link you can text
- Music, video, shows, and links in one place, pointing out to the platforms you already use

Built for
Local Business.
For shops, trades, and anyone whose customers decide with a phone in their hand: found on the map, true hours, and a way to book or call in one tap.
- True hours, tap-to-call, and a map that opens directions to your door
- Your booking and your rates one tap away, through the scheduler you already run
- Your name, address, and phone stated the same way everywhere local search looks
- Room to add an online store, a second location, or ticketing when you need it

Automation
Automation for the jobs you repeat.
Automation works like an ATM: it does the same job right every time, even at 2 am. The Custom Website package includes one feature through a tool you already use (booking, tickets, or donations) and one automation from the jobs below, both scoped with you on the call.
Booking and Reminders
Your scheduler on the page, a confirmation when a booking lands, a reminder that keeps the appointment, and a follow-up after.
Deposits and Payments
The deposit comes in when the booking does, through the payment tool you already run.
Hours and Prices in One Place
Your hours and prices updated in one place, and the same everywhere they appear on your site.
Selling and Giving Online
A ticket link or a donation page, connected to the tools you already use instead of stitched together from five apps. An online store has its own price, from $4,500.
Forms That File Themselves
Enquiries, sign-ups, and applications land where your team already works, so everything gets typed once.
Lists and Follow-ups
New sign-ups reach your mailing list, and the follow-up goes out on the schedule you set rather than when someone remembers.
We use AI where it gives you a real hour back: pulling the numbers for a report, or getting a first draft on the page. Your data stays yours, and we tell you where it lives and who can see it. Plenty of people have real reasons to be wary of AI right now, and we respect that: you choose what runs in your business.
How it works
Four steps to launch.
Plain language the whole way through, a clear price before we start, and your team in the loop.
Step 1: Discovery Call
Twenty minutes, free, and you leave with a next step.
Step 2: Proposal
A clear scope and a clear price, in plain language.
Step 3: Build
We do the work and keep you in the loop.
Step 4: Handoff
You get the logins, the training, and the documentation.
Pricing
Flexible pricing for teams of all sizes.
The Baby Baller Kit and the Custom Website cover most businesses and community groups. Digital Transformation is for organizations with ten or more on staff, quoted after a free call.
Baby Baller Kit
The site your business needs, built for your trade and handed over ready to run.
- A five to six page site built for your trade
- A walkthrough and the handoff at launch, then three months of care
$900 one price
Custom Website
People book, buy a ticket, or donate right on your site, and one repeat job, like the reminder that keeps an appointment, is set up to happen automatically. Two kept appointments a week at $150 each add up to $15,600 a year.
- A custom look and one automation, plus booking, tickets, or donations right on your page
- Online store from $4,500, memberships from $5,000
From $3,000
Digital Transformation
For organizations with ten or more people on staff, we set up your website and the tools your whole team uses so they work together, and we train everyone to use them.
- A website your organization owns, and your team’s tools set up and connected
- Training for your whole staff, and support hours written into the quote
Quoted for teams of 10+

Three months of care come with the Baby Baller Kit and the Custom Website. After that the care plan is $95 a month, and it stays your choice. Tell us your budget on the call, and we start from the smallest package that gets you to your goal.
Funding
Help finding the funding.
For a nonprofit or community organization, a new website is usually one line of a larger grant request. Your organization is the applicant, and we help you build the request.
Programs That Fit
We give you a short list of the programs that fit your organization and the community you serve, with the dates that matter.
A Quote Written for Your Funder
You get one fixed quote, written so it can go into your grant budget, with training on its own line.
Help With the Technology Section
We help you write the part of the application that explains the technology and what it changes for your team.
Invoices on the Grant’s Schedule
We time our invoices to your grant’s payment dates, so you pay as the money arrives.
Nonprofit Tech Discounts
When your organization qualifies, we set up the free and discounted plans from Microsoft, Google, and Slack in its name.
Training Costs Paid Back
The BC Employer Training Grant may pay back up to 80% of eligible staff training costs. We check with you on the call whether your team qualifies.
Funding is never guaranteed, and most programs take a few months from application to payment. We will tell you honestly which ones are worth your time.
If you run a small business, website grants are rare right now, so we set up a payment schedule you agree to before the work starts. We also keep community rates for grassroots groups, artists, and small community projects, so please tell us about yours on the call.
The websites we build help pay for the community courses grants don’t cover. Those courses run as partnerships between a funder, an organization, and us.
Tell us about your business.
Tell us what your week looks like and what the site needs to do. The call is free, and only your name, email, and a short message are required.
That did not go through.
Something in the form needs another look. Please check your answers, then send it again.
That did not go through.
This one is on us, and everything you wrote is still here. Email holler@weallrize.ca and we will pick it up from there.

Questions.
How long does it take?
Most sites go live in two to four weeks. You get a firm timeline on the call, and one thing sets the pace: how fast your words and photos reach us.
What do you need from us to start?
Your services or programs, your hours, a few photos, and anything you already love the look of. We write and design around whatever you have.
We already have a website. Can you redesign it?
Yes. A redesign is a new build on the same packages. On the free call we look at what you have and recommend the smallest package that gets you where you want to go.
Do we own everything?
Yes. The domain, the pages, and the accounts are all in your name. If we part ways, everything stays with you.
We already use a booking or payment app. Does that change?
It stays. The Baby Baller Kit links to it from your site, and the Custom Website puts your booking right on the page. Either way, we build around the tools you already run.
Our business does not fit those three. Can you still build it?
Yes. The three are where most of our work lands, not a list of what we take. Tell us what you do on the call and we will tell you plainly what it needs.
Is the price on the page the price we pay?
For the Baby Baller Kit, yes: $900 is the number on the invoice. The Custom Website and Digital Transformation get one fixed quote after the call, and that quote is the number on the invoice unless we both agree to a written change of scope.
Can we pay in instalments?
Yes. Tell us what works on the call, and we set up a payment schedule you agree to before the work starts.
